Life is short, and it’s meant to be enjoyed. You can’t do that when you’re living other people’s expectations of what your life should be. It’s empowering to slow down in this fast-paced society we live in and remember who you are at your center.
Through the teachings the most ancient human tradition – yoga (dating back nearly 5000 years!) – you can find your way back to your most authentic self. At its’ roots, yoga is about finding flexibility within your own mind, not necessarily your body. The ultimate goal is to move beyond the limitations of your mind, and remember your interconnectedness with all that is. Yoga meaning “union”.
I have spent many years traveling, studying, and applying the work to my life, and I am honored to share the knowledge I continue to receive. The spaces I hold incorporate a variety of practices of mindfulness and going inward through breath, somatic movement, meditation, and reflection so your whole body, mind, and spirit can feel nourished and re-balanced.
With an emphasis on nervous system regulation, you can learn how to move through the highs and lows in real time and feel the confidence of being true to yourself, slowly learning how to be kinder to yourself and the world along the way,
